Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外部から印加された電圧が第１の電圧にな
つたことを検出するために前記電圧を分割する第
１の分割抵抗回路と、前記電圧が第２の電圧にな
つたことを検出するために前記電圧を分割する第
２の分割抵抗回路と、前記第１の分割抵抗回路の
出力と前記第２の分割抵抗回路の出力を制御信号
に基いて選択出力する選択回路と、該選択回路か
ら出力される電圧と基準電圧を入力し、該入力さ
れた電圧の一致を検出するコンパレータとを備え
た電圧検出回路に於いて、前記外部から印加され
た電圧と逆極性の電圧を発生する電圧発生回路を
設け、前記第１の分割抵抗回路に前記外部から印
加された電圧と前記電圧発生回路の出力電圧の差
を分割させることを特徴とする電圧検出回路。 (2) 前記外部から印加された電圧は電源電圧で
あり、前記第１の電圧は正常時の電源電圧より低
く、前記第２の電圧は前記第１の電圧より低い電
圧であることを特徴とする第１項記載の電圧検出
回路。 (3) 前記第１項記載の電圧検出回路は、ワンチ
ツプマイクロコンピユータに内蔵されたことを特
徴とする電圧検出回路。
