- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ラダー抵抗回路と、このラダー抵抗回路の出力
と外部機器に接続される信号入力端子からの入力
信号とを比較するコンパレータと、このコンパレ
ータの出力レベルを判別して前記ラダー抵抗回路
へ逐次比較データを出力する制御回路とを備えた
逐次比較型Ａ／Ｄ変換回路において、 前記信号入力端子を負の低電圧に設定するプル
ダウン用電源と、 前記入力信号端子の開放に伴なう電圧低下を検
出する検出回路と、 この検出回路から出力される検出信号に応答し
て前記ラダー抵抗回路の出力を前記プルダウン用
電源の負の低電圧に固定するスイツチ回路と、 を備えることを特徴とする逐次比較型Ａ／Ｄ変換
回路。
