    、該増幅回路の出力側に前記切換スイツチを接続
    したことを特徴とする半導体記憶装置。 (2) 増幅回路はＭＯＳトランジスタで構成され
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の半導体記憶装置。
