    形成してなる第１の基板と、 基板上に１個又は複数個の薄膜トランジスタを
    形成してなる第２の基板とを具え、 前記第１の基板と前記第２の基板が夫々素子形
    成面を内側にして所望の部位に異方性導電膜を挾
    持するように積層せしめられてなることを特徴と
    する半導体装置。
