第１図は本考案の一実施例であるチヤンネル材
供給装置の要部およびローラコンベアを示す正面
図であり、第２図は上記供給装置の一部を成すチ
エーンコンベアを示す側面断面図である。第３図
は上記供給装置を備えたサイドメンバ製造ライン
を概略的に示す平面図である。第４図は上記チエ
ーンコンベアのチエーンおよびレールを拡大して
示す正面断面図である。第５図は上記供給装置に
おいてチヤンネル材がアームに当接するまで送ら
れた状態を示す正面図であり、第６図はそのチヤ
ンネル材がクランプ爪によりクランプされた状態
を示す正面図である。第７図は従来のチヤンネル
材供給装置を示す正面図である。第８図は上記チ
ヤンネル材を示す正面図である。 １０：ローラコンベア（第一コンベア）、１８
：チヤンネル材供給装置、３６：チエーン、５６
：電動モータ、６２：チエーンコンベア（第二ア
クチユエータ）、６４：アーム、６８：油圧シリ
ンダ（第一アクチユエータ）、７２，８０：クラ
ンプ爪、８４：油圧シリンダ（第二アクチユエー
タ）、９０，１０２：チヤンネル材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 長尺材をそれを長手方向に搬送する第一コ
    ンベアに１本ずつ供給する装置であつて、 前記第一コンベアと交差する方向に配設され、
    ほぼ水平な搬送面上に前記長尺材を前記第一コン
    ベアの長手方向にほぼ平行な姿勢で支持して搬送
    する第二コンベアと、 その第二コンベアの前記第一コンベアに近い側
    の端部に前記第一コンベアの長手方向にほぼ平行
    な軸線のまわりに回動可能に配設され、かつ、第
    一アクチユエータによつて自由端部が前記第一コ
    ンベアの搬送面より上方に延び出た受取位置と、
    前記第一コンベアの搬送面より下方に位置する引
    渡位置とに回動させられるアームと、 そのアームの自由端部に互に対向して設けられ
    た一対のクランプ爪を備え、そのクランプ爪の少
    なくとも一方が第二アクチユエータにより他方に
    対して接近・離隔させられることによつて前記長
    尺材をクランプ・アンクランプするクランプ装置
    と を含むことを特徴とするコンベアへの長尺材供給
    装置。 (2) 前記クランプ装置の一対のクランプ爪の一
    方が、前記アームが前記受取位置にある状態で前
    記第二コンベアにより搬送される長尺材の上面よ
    り高くなる位置においてアームに固設された固定
    爪であり、他方が前記第二アクチユエータにより
    駆動される可動爪である実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の長尺材供給装置。
