Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、プリント基板へリードレス部品を半田付をす
るための半田付装置に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、この種の７コーンルダリングにおける半田付装置
は、一般に７ラツクス塗布部、ヒータ一部、半田槽部、
及びプリント基板キャリヤの保持装置部からなっている
。保持装置部におけるプリント基板の保持方向は、第２
図に示すように、キャリヤ１１の進行方向に対し、リー
ドレス部品３の方向が平行又は９０°になる位置に保持
しているものであった。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
上述した従来の半田付装置は、プリント基板キャリヤの
保持装置部の半田槽に対するプリント基板のキャリヤの
進行方向とリードレス部品の取付方向が平行又は９０’
に配置されることが殆んどである。そのため、プリント
基板を半田槽から引きずり上げるだけでは、充分にガス
抜きができず、未半田付部分を多く発生させるという欠
点がある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明の半田付装置は、プリント基板のキャリヤの保持
装置部へのプリント基板の取付角度を傾けて保持できる
保持部を有している。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明する。
第１図は本発明の特徴であるプリント基板キャリヤの保
持部の実施例の平面図である。保持装置部１はプリント
基板２の保持において、キャリヤの進行方向（矢印にて
表示）Ｋ対し、リードレス部品３の配置が略４５°にな
るように保持できるようにしたものである。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように本発明は、フローンルダリングによ
るリードレス部品のプリント基板への半田付において、
ガス抜きに対しリードレス部品の一般的な形状と相まっ
て、単純な保持装置にて解決が図れ、例えば、半田フロ
ーにウェーブをつけたり、スイングさせたシするなど大
掛りなことをせずに実現でき、未半田付削減とともに、
半田付装置自体のコストを削減できる効果がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 　リードレス部品をプリント基板に半田付けするに際し
    、半田付装置に前記プリント基板を所定の角度を持って
    挿入する保持装置を有することを特徴とするリードレス
    部品の半田付装置。
