Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ＯＰアンプを有するバイポーラＩＣにおいて、 エミツタ、コレクタ及びベース用の拡散層の周
辺を基板面方向において囲み、一部で前記コレク
タ用の拡散層と接続し、しかもトランジスタと基
板を分離する埋込み用拡散層まで到達する深さに
なつているＰ型拡散層が設けられたラテラル・ト
ランジスタを用いて構成したダイオードを有し、 このダイオードを前記ＯＰアンプの正側の電源
端子と正側電源の間に接続し又はこのダイオード
に加えて前記ＯＰアンプの負側の電源端子と負側
電源の間にラテラル・トランジスタで構成したダ
イオードを接続したことを特徴とするバイポーラ
ＩＣ。
