信機、３は信号処理器、４はサーボ増幅器、５は
サーボ架台、１１はレーザ発振器、１２は旋回補
正ミラー、１３は俯仰補正ミラー、１４は旋回方
向駆動器、１５は俯仰方向駆動器、２１は受信レ
ンズ、２２は４象限受光器、２３はアンプ、３１
は俯仰演算器、３２は旋回演算器である。なお各
図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 目標物体に向けてレーザビームを投射するレー
    ザ送信機と、その反射光を受けるレーザ受信機と
    、目標物体と追尾軸との角度ずれを測る信号処理
    器と、ずれ量を減らすよう上記送受信機をとう載
    したサーボ架台を駆動するサーボ増幅器とから成
    るレーザ追尾装置において、投射レーザビームが
    目標物体に正しく当たるように追尾角度ずれに応
    じて、レーザビームを追尾軸から偏向させる手段
    を備えたことを特徴とするレーザ追尾装置。
