    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＬＮＧなどの低粘度液体を取扱うポンプであつ
    て、作動流体を潤滑油として用いるポンプ軸先端
    の軸受として軸方向差圧型で単数もしくは複数の
    円筒形静圧軸受を設け、さらに、吐出口付近より
    軸受支え内を経てポンプ先端軸受部に高圧液を導
    く給液通路を設けたＬＮＧポンプ。
