信号接続部を取付けた信号接続ユニツトと、該信
号接続ユニツトから送られてくる複数個の信号を
順次切換えてその内部に取込み、基準信号と比較
して被検査用プリント基板の良否を判定する判定
回路とにより構成されてなるプリント基板試験装
