Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 エンジンのクランクシヤフトによつて回転され
    る駆動軸と、該駆動軸の先端部に固着されている
    駆動デイスクと、前記駆動軸の中央部において前
    記駆動軸上にベアリングを介して前記駆動軸に対
    して相対回転可能に取付けられ、かつ、前記駆動
    軸の軸方向に不動に取付けられている被駆動デイ
    スクと、該被駆動デイスクとの間に気密的な空間
    を形成して、該空間に前記駆動デイスクを収納し
    前記被駆動デイスクに取付けられたフアンハウジ
    ングとから成り、前記被駆動デイスクには冷却フ
    アンが取付けられ、前記被駆動デイスクと前記フ
    アンハウジングとによつて郭定された前記空間内
    には油が封入されており、前記空間は隔壁によつ
    て第１の室と第２の室と区画されており、該隔壁
    には第１の弁ポートが穿設されており、該第１の
    弁ポートは前記フアンハウジングの前面に取り付
    けられているバイメタルによつて駆動される第１
    の弁部材によつて開閉可能とされており、該第１
    の弁部材は前記バイメタルによつて感知されるエ
    ンジンルームの温度が低い場合には前記第１の弁
    ポートを閉塞し、エンジンルームの温度が高い場
    合には前記第１の弁ポートを開放し、前記駆動デ
    イスクは前記第２の室に収納されており、前記駆
    動デイスクと前記被駆動デイスクとの相対向する
    対向面にはラビリンス機構が設けられており、前
    記フアンハウジングには前記駆動デイスクの中心
    部からみて該ラビリンス機構より遠い位置におい
    て前記第１の室と前記第２の室とを連通する連通
    ポートが設けられており、前記駆動デイスクにお
    いて前記ラビリンス機構より中心側には第２の弁
    ポートが穿設されているエンジンの冷却フアン制
    御装置において、 前記第２の弁ポートは第２の弁部材によつて開
    閉可能とされており、該第２の弁部材は前記駆動
    デイスクの回転数が低い場合には前記第２の弁ポ
    ートを閉塞し、前記駆動デイスクの回転数が高い
    場合には前記第２の弁ポートを開放することを特
    徴とするエンジンの冷却フアン制御装置。
