Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 先端に駆動デイスクを固着した回転駆動軸上
に相対回転可能に支持されかつ外周に冷却フアン
等を取付けたボデイとカバーとから成る密封ケー
スと、この密封ケースの内部を油溜り室とトルク
伝達室とに区画しかつ油の流出調整孔を有する仕
切板と、この仕切板に基端部が固定されかつ自由
端が前記流出調整孔の周縁部に離接する板状弁部
材と、前記密封ケースのカバー側外部に配置され
たバイメタルから成る感温体と、この感温体に一
端が当接され前記カバーに設けられた軸孔を貫通
して他端が前記弁部材に当接されているピストン
杆とを備え、感温体の温度変化による湾曲変形に
連動して弁部材により流出調整孔を開閉するよう
にした温度感応型流体カツプリング装置において
、 前記感温体の付近にソレノイド式のアクチユエ
ータを配置し、該アクチユエータのピストンの端
部で前記板状弁部材を直接又は間接的に押圧せし
め、前記ピストンの前進後退により前記板状弁部
材を動かすように構成したことを特徴とする温度
感応型流体カツプリング装置。 ２ 前記ピストン端部は前記感温体の中央付近に
当接し、感温体及びピストン杆を介して前記板状
弁部材を動かすようになつている実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ３ 前記感温体の中央及び前記ピストン杆の中央
にそれぞれ貫通孔が設けられ、前記ピストン端部
はこれらの貫通孔に侵入して前記板状弁部材に当
接するようになつている実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の装置。 ４ 前記密封ケース外表面にスリツプリングが取
付けられ、ブラシを介して電力が供給されるよう
になつている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
の装置。 ５ 前記回転駆動軸がエンジンに連結され、エン
ジンの回転数を検知して前記ソレノイド式アクチ
ユエータを制御するようになつている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第４項記載の装置。 ６ 前記回転駆動軸がエンジンに連結され、吸入
空気量の変化及び／又はスロツトル開度の変化か
ら急加速を検知して前記ソレノイド式アクチユエ
ータを制御するようになつている実用新案登録請
求の範囲第４項又は第５項記載の装置。
