源ラインに接続され、外部雑音をバイパスする炉
波用コンデンサが前記キヤンパツケージ内に設け
てあることを特徴とする受光素子。 (2) 前記フオトダイオードと前置増幅器が、そ
れぞれ独立のチツプに形成されたものである実用

部リードが、外周にリング状リアクトルを有する
