Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 赤外線検出器と、該赤外線検出器の像を被
写体上で走査するための光学系と、該検出器によ
つて検出され、異なつた時刻に得られた多数の該
被写体の同一視野からの温度データを記憶する第
１の記憶手段と、表示手段と、該表示手段に表示
される１画面分の温度データを記憶する第２の記
憶手段と、該第１の記憶手段に記憶された異なつ
た時刻に得られた２種の同一視野の温度データを
読み出し各画素毎にデータ間の引算を行つて差デ
ータを得るための引算手段と、該差データを該第
２の記憶手段に記憶させるための制御手段とを備
えており、該第２の記憶手段に多数の１視野分の
差データを記憶させ、該多数の１視野分の差デー
タに基づく像を同時に該表示手段により表示する
ように構成したサーモグラフイ装置。 (2) 該第１の記憶手段に記憶された多数の温度
データの内、夫々隣り合つた時刻のデータが引算
される実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のサー
モグラフイ装置。 (3) 該第１の記憶手段に記憶された多数の温度
データの内、特定の時刻のデータとその他の時刻
のデータとが引算される実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載のサーモグラフイ装置。 (4) 該第２の記憶手段の特定記憶領域に該視野
の温度分布像あるいは該視野の可視像を記憶させ
るようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜３項
記載のサーモグラフイ装置。
