−Ａ断面図である。 図中、１…パツケージ本体、２…蓋、３…表面
、４…接続用端子、５…本体の凹部、７，９…環
状の面、８，１０…ペースト。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 照合カードまたはプリント基板などに形成
    された円形の孔に収められるように外周が円形の
    セラミツクからなるパツケージ本体を含み、前記
    本体の表面には適当数の接続端子が設けられ且つ
    裏面には半導体装置が収められる凹部が形成され
    、さらに前記本体の凹部にかん合するセラミツク
    からなる蓋を含み、前記本体の凹部の内周面に隣
    接する環状の面と前記蓋の外周に隣接する環状の
    面にはそれぞれペーストが塗布され、前記蓋が前
    記凹部に設置されるとそれらのペーストが互に溶
    着して密封状に取付けられる半導体装置のパツケ
    ージ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパ
    ツケージにおいて、前記ペーストは金ペーストで
    ある半導体装置のパツケージ。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパ
    ツケージにおいて、前記凹部の形状は円形である
    半導体装置のパツケージ。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパ
    ツケージにおいて、前記凹部の形状は正方形また
    は長方形である半導体装置のパツケージ。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパ
    ツケージにおいて、前記本体の裏面には一つの前
    記凹部が設けられている半導体装置のパツケージ
    。 (6) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパ
    ツケージにおいて、前記本体の裏面には複数の前
    記凹部が設けられている半導体装置のパツケージ
    。 (7) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のパ
    ツケージにおいて、前記ユニツトの外周には前記
    照合カードまたはプリント基板等の孔の内周の溝
    に係合する複数の突起が設けられている半導体装
    置のパツケージ。
