Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定側金型と、該固定側金型に対向配置し
    た可動側金型と、該両金型のいずれかに配置した
    所要複数個の樹脂材料供給用のポツトと、該各ポ
    ツト付近となる両金型間に夫々配設した所要数の
    キヤビテイと、該キヤビテイとポツト間を連通さ
    せる溶融樹脂材料の移送通路と、上記各ポツトの
    配設位置及び数に対応して配設した所要複数本の
    樹脂材料加圧用のプランジヤーを備えた金型装置
    において、上記各プランジヤーを可動ホルダーに
    夫々固定させると共に、上記各溶融樹脂材料の移
    送通路付近に、該移送通路内と連通する連通孔を
    夫々形成し、且つ、該連通孔の夫々には摺動部材
    を進退摺動可能として密に嵌合し、更に、該摺動
    部材を上記移送通路側に向つて夫々均等に加圧押
    動する加圧押動体を配置して構成したことを特徴
    とする半導体素子の樹脂封止成形用金型装置。 (2) 移送通路内との連通孔を、該移送通路中の
    カル部に形成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)
    項に記載の金型装置。 (3) 加圧押動体の摺動部材に対する加圧押動作
    用力を調整する調整部材を配置構成した実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の金型装置。
