Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 交流電源と負荷との間に接続され電源より
    高い周波数で正負両方向へのスイツチングを行う
    スイツチング用ブリツジ回路と、負荷に並列接続
    され正負両方向にフライホイーリングを行うフラ
    イホイール用ブリツジ回路とを備える交流スイツ
    チング電源において、 前記フライホイール用ブリツジ回路のフライホ
    イール用スイツチング素子は極めて大きい制御入
    力抵抗を持ち、このフライホイール用スイツチン
    グ素子の制御入力には、スイツチング用ブリツジ
    回路の主スイツチング素子の断続を示す信号がＣ
    Ｒ微分回路を介して入力され、フライホイール用
    スイツチング素子と主スイツチング素子とが交互
    に断続制御されることを特徴とする文流スイツチ
    ング電源の制御回路。 (2) フライホイール用スイツチング素子がＮチ
    ヤンネル・エンハンスメント・電界効果トランジ
    スタである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    交流スイツチング電源の制御回路。 (3) フライホイール用スイツチング素子のコモ
    ン側が結合コンデンサを介して主スイツチング素
    子のコモン側に接続され、主スイツチング素子の
    反コモン側がＣＲ微分回路を介してフライホイー
    ル用スイツチング素子のゲートに接続されている

    回路を介してフライホイール用スイツチング素子
