    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複轄レーンのプリヒートを設けた多連形のＩＣハンドラ
    において、ＩＣ測定用ソケットを２個設置するとともに
    、上記の測定用ソケットにＩＣを送りこむオリエンタを
    ２個設け、かつ、複数レーンのプリヒートによって搬送
    されたＩＣを上記２個のオリエンタの何れか一方１こ供
    給する振分機構を２個設けたことを特徴とする多連形の
    ＩＣノ１ンドラ。
