Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）プリント回路基板に実装される複数の集積回路装
    置の各底面に共通に接触配置される熱伝導性の良好な帯
    状の放熱板を設け、該放熱板に前記各集積回路装置の側
    端面から上面を接触包囲するように突設配装した放熱フ
    ィンを多悴備えるように構成したことを特徴とする集積
    回路装置の集中放熱機構。
  2. （２）前記放熱フィンが前記放熱板から切欠いて一体に
    折り曲げて構成された実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）
    項に記載の集積回路装置の集中放熱機構。 ｛３｝前記放熱板の前記）゜リント回路基板側に絶縁体
    を一様に配設するように構成した実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第（１）項又は第（２）項に記載の集積回路装置の集
