  1. (1)(100’)面をもつシリコン単結晶基板に、(
    011)面から90゜以内の所定角度ずれた位置にオリ
    エンテーションフラットを形成したことを− 特徴とす
    る半導体基板。
  2. (2)前記(011)面からのいずれは、45°である
    ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の半導体基板。
  3. (3)前記シリコン単結晶基板は、表面に凹凸が形成さ
    れた太陽電池基板であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第
    1項記載の半導体基板。
