図において１は電子回路、２はオシロスコープ、３は鋸
歯状波発生回路、４は位置電圧発生回路、５は比較器、
６はサンプルパルス発生回路、７はサンプルホールド回
路、８はＡ／Ｄ変換器、９は表示器である。
なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同二符号を、付し
