Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力信号に応じて駆動されるドライブトランジスタと、
    該ドライブトランジスタのエミツタがベースに接続され
    たエミツタ接地の出力トランジスタと、該出力トランジ
    ス汐のベース電位に対応した電流を発生するトランジス
    タ回路と、該トランジスタ回路の出力により動作する第
    １のカレントミラー回路と、前記トランジスタ回路によ
    り動作する第２のカレントミラー回路と、該第２のカレ
    ントミラー回路の出力と接地間に接続された堺抗と、該
    抵抗の電圧降下で駆動されるエミツタ接地トランジスタ
    とを備え、前記第１のカレントミラー回路の出力を前記
    ドライブトランジスタのコレクタに接続し、前記エミツ
    タ接地トランジスタのコレクタを前記ドライブトランジ
    スタのベースに接続したことを特徴とする出力スイッチ
    ング回路。
