Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ベースおよびコレクタが電流制限素子を通して電源に接
    続された第１のトランジスタと、該第１のトランジスタ
    のエミツタがベースに接続されコレクタが負荷に接続さ
    れる出力端子に接続されたエミツタ接地の第２のトラン
    ジスタと、前記第１のトランジスタのベースにコレクタ
    が接続されベースがスイッチング信号の入力端子に接続
    されたエミツタ接地の第３のトラシジスタからなるスイ
    ッチング回路において、前記各トランジスタとは逆極性
    の第４のトランジスタのエミツタを抵抗素子を介して前
    記第１のトランジスタのベースに接続し、該第４のトラ
    ンジスタのコレクタを前記第２のトランジスタのベース
    に接続し、該第４のトランジスタのベースを前記出力端
    子に接続したことを特徴とするスイッチソグ回路。
