    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. トランジスタのエミッタ・ベース間に、ダイオードを前
    記トランジスタのエミッターベース間の整流方向と逆方
    向に接続し、前記トランジスタのコレクタを抵抗を介し
    て接地し、前記トランジスタのコレクタ・エミッタ間に
    第１のコンデンサを接続し、前記トランジスタのエミッ
    タを第２のコンデンサを介して接続し、前記トランジス
    タのベースにパルス電圧を印加し、前記トランジスタの
    コレクタから出力をとり出すようにしたパルススイッチ
    ング回路。
