とする円筒状食品製造方法であり、図面はその実施例を
示すものである。図中1.2は表面が波状の波形ロール
で、波頭同士が接圧するように対置する。波形ロール1
.2における波頭自体の間隔Aは、波頭間の間隔Bの3
分の1乃至2倍とし、好ましくは2分の1乃至等倍とす
る。波形ロール1、2の波頭は、第3図に示すような角
があるものであってはならず、必ず曲面にする。3は積
層シートで、バター、チーズ、アンコ等の具4の層を麺
