なうことが必要とされていた。従つてその充填の
ための作業を連続的且つ自動的に行なうことがで
きず、作業能率が悪く製品の生産性を著しく低下
させ、しかも多数の作業人員を必要とする等の問
題点が生じていた。

第2図のように長尺状の海苔4上に載置されてコ
ンベア7にて搬送されている鮨飯5上に移送せし
め、その後第3図のように具材1の周囲に鮨飯5
及び海苔4を巻装せしめる。そしてこのようにし
て具材1が鮨飯5内に充填された後、具材1を第
4図のように鮨飯5及び海苔4とともに所定寸法
を切断せしめると、干瓢、椎茸等種々の味を有す
る具材1の充填された巻寿司6が製造されること
となるのである。

に裁断して具材入り加工食品を製造する方法なる
ため、具材の食品内への充填作業を、上記長尺帯
状の具材の移送及び裁断により連続的且つ自動的
に行なうことが可能となり、従つて作業能率が著
しく向上して米飯等の加工食品の生産性が従来に
比べて大幅に向上し、大量生産に適した加工食品
の製造を行なうことができるという格別顕著な効
果を有するに至つた。

ざく状に折曲げ且つ圧縮することによつて構成さ
れてなる特許請求の範囲第1項の記載の具材入り
米飯等の加工食品。 4 澱粉分解生成物等のゲル化可能な多糖類がフ
イルム化されて形成された可食フイルム2を任意
に味付けし且つ長尺状に形成された具材1を、搬
送させる米飯等の食品上に移送せしめ、その後、
前記具材1を該食品上に載置し、食品内に充填成
形せしめるとともに任意寸法に裁断して製造する
ことを特徴とする具材入り米飯等の加工食品の製
造方法。 5 前記具材1が、予めロール状に巻装されてな
る特許請求の範囲第4項記載の具材入り米飯等の
