(b) The above-mentioned insulated structures using conventional technology insulated panels are not subject to the Building Standards Act if their floor area is less than 10 m2, so they can be used indoors or outdoors! Many simple prefabricated insulation structures were installed. (Actual development I856
(Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 003389, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-024143, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-034594) On the other hand, the above-mentioned heat-insulating structure with a floor area exceeding 10 m2
Inevitably, when the Building Standards Law is applied, various stresses such as Young's modulus E, moment of inertia ■, etc. of insulation panels have not been clarified even in official tests, so insulation panels themselves cannot be used as structures. It could not be used as part of the (framework).

Therefore, in order to construct an insulated structure with a floor area of 10 m2 or more, first construct a skeleton structure (skeleton) using steel frames, reinforced concrete, etc., and then additionally attach insulating panels to the outside or inside surface. The above-mentioned heat-insulating structures were completed by applying heat-insulating materials or applying heat-insulating materials. (Utility Model Application No. 53-108718, Utility Model Application No. 55-48098
(Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-012939) However, constructing a skeleton structure (framework) is expensive, and in order to complete the insulation structure, it is necessary to separately install insulation holes. Since it has to be laid or pasted, it is more costly and requires many construction steps.
Therefore, the construction time was long, and construction engineers of a certain level or higher were required. In addition, when constructing temporary insulated houses or offices at construction sites, and houses for extremely hot or extremely cold regions, There was no immobile and its construction method to minimize on-site construction as much as possible.

(e) Because of the purpose of the invention, there is a storage facility that requires less construction work, is simple, has sufficient insulation performance, is inexpensive, and has high precision at sites with poor polishing conditions such as in extremely cold or extremely hot regions. The purpose of this book is to examine insulating structures such as drying warehouses and residences, and their construction methods.

(d) Technical means for achieving the purpose Structural insulation panels containing structural materials with clear stresses required for structures, etc. are manufactured in advance at a factory and cast on site. Auxiliary corner posts and biological structural walls are constructed on the foundation installed on the foundation, then an insulated ceiling is constructed using structural insulation panels on top of the structural walls, and auxiliary beams and girders are used to construct the insulated ceiling. The above purpose is achieved by forming concave lines on the four sides of the P Oi body and covering it with a roof sheathing sheet if necessary.

The insulating wall panel 2 that also serves as a pillar and the insulating ceiling panel 3 that also serves as a beam are made of an insulating material that surrounds the space 6 between the inner and outer panels 4, 5 made of aluminum plates, colored steel plates, plastic plates, etc., and the inner and outer panels 4,50. A joint frame 7 made of high-quality vinyl chloride, a pair of structural members 8 arranged in the longitudinal axis direction of the panels 2 and 3 near the center of the space 6, and the remaining part of the space 6. It is composed of an injected and foamed heat insulating material 9.

The structural material 8 may be placed in the center, on the inner panel 4 side, or on the outer panel 5 side in the thickness direction of the heat insulating panels 2 and 3, but it is important to maintain the heat insulation performance of the heat insulating panels 2 and 3. In order to prevent an increase in the amount of heat stored, at least the center or outer panel 5 side should be of a suitable size, and in the case of an insulated ceiling panel 3 that also serves as a beam, it is recommended that the outer panel 5 be placed so that it drips. Preferable for supporting heavy loads.
