DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION a) Industrial Field of Application The present invention relates to a heat insulating structure in which a heat insulating panel is used as a column/wall panel for a house in a cold region, a temporary office for a construction site, a house, etc., and a method for constructing the same.

b) Conventional technology The above-mentioned insulated structures using insulated panels are not subject to the Building Standards Law if their floor area is less than 10 m2, so they can be easily prefabricated insulated structures regardless of whether they are indoors or indoors. have been installed in large numbers.

On the other hand, the above-mentioned heat-insulating structure with a floor area exceeding 10 m2
Inevitably, the Building Standards Act will apply.1. Various stresses such as Young's modulus E, moment of inertia E1, etc. of insulation panels have not been clarified even in official tests.

As mentioned above, the insulation panel itself cannot be used for columns or beams as part of the structure (integrated). Therefore, in order to construct an insulation structure with a floor area of 10 m2 or more, it is necessary to use steel frames, reinforced concrete, etc. After constructing the framework structure (S-body), additionally install a heat-insulating panel on the outside or inside, or apply a heat-insulating material to the structure (envelope). By doing so, the above-mentioned heat-insulating structure with a floor area of more than 10 m2 was completed.

(特公昭52−12939号公報、実開昭53−108

(Special Publication No. 52-12939, Utility Model Publication No. 53-108
(Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 718, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-48098) However, constructing a skeleton structure (separated body) is expensive, and in order to complete a heat-insulating structure, it is necessary to separately install heat-insulating structures. Since the panels have to be laid or pasted, the cost is high, and there are many construction steps, which takes a long time and requires engineers of a certain level or higher.

d) Means for achieving the purpose Structural insulation panel needles that incorporate structural materials with the various stresses required as a structure - Structural walls that are manufactured in advance at a factory and installed on-site without the need for separate pillars After constructing the roof, a heat insulating ceiling body is constructed using heat insulating panels on top of the ceiling body. Next, a beam body is placed and fixed on top of the ceiling body, and the walls and beam bodies are integrated. After that, the roof frame is completed. The above purpose is achieved by roofing.

In this case, ceiling reinforcing beams are attached to the walls using the conventional method (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-34594) to prevent deflection depending on the length of the ceiling. You can also spread it between 11 and 11. At this time, it is preferable for the ceiling reinforcing beam to be located as far outside the ceiling body 19 as possible in order to prevent frost build-up in the case of a freezer.
