DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Industrial Field of Application The present invention relates to a heat insulating structure using heat insulating panels as a wall panel that also serves as a pillar and a ceiling panel that serves as a beam.
In particular, the present invention relates to insulating structures such as storage units such as freezers, refrigerators, or heating cabinets, residences in extremely hot or extremely cold regions, temporary offices and residences for construction sites, and methods for constructing the same.

(b) Conventional technology The above-mentioned insulating structures using insulating panels are not subject to the Building Standards Law if their floor area is less than 10m2 , so simple prefabricated insulating structures can be used regardless of whether they are indoors or outdoors. Many structures have been placed.
(Utility Model Publication No. 56-003389, Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 58-024143, Publication of Utility Model Publication No. 53-034594) On the other hand, if the floor area exceeds 10 m 2 , the above-mentioned heat-insulating structure will inevitably fall under the Building Standards Act. Since the various stresses such as Young's modulus E, moment of inertia I, etc. of the insulation panel have not been clarified even in official tests, the insulation panel itself is used as a part of the structure (framework). I couldn't do that.

Therefore, in order to construct an insulated structure with a floor area of 10m2 or more, it is necessary to first construct a skeleton structure (framework) using steel frames or reinforced concrete, and then additionally attach insulation panels to the outside or inside surface. or set up
The above-mentioned heat-insulating structure was completed by applying a heat-insulating material. (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-108718, Publication of Utility Model Application No. 55-48098, Special Publication No. 52-012939)
However, constructing a frame structure (framework) is expensive, and in order to complete the insulation structure, it is necessary to separately lay or attach insulation panels. It was more expensive, required more construction steps, took longer, and required construction engineers of a certain level or higher.

In addition, when constructing temporary insulated houses or offices on construction sites, as well as houses for extremely hot or extremely cold regions, it is extremely important to minimize on-site construction as much as possible. There has never been a heat insulating structure with a simple configuration, good precision, and a method for constructing the same that can be easily constructed.

(c) Purpose of the invention Therefore, there is a need for a storage facility that requires less construction work, is simple, has sufficient insulation performance, is inexpensive, and has high precision at sites where construction conditions are poor, such as in extremely cold or extremely hot regions. The purpose of this study is to learn about insulating structures such as drying warehouses and residences, and how to construct them.

(d) Technical means to achieve the purpose Structural insulation panels containing structural materials with clear stresses required for the structure are manufactured in advance at a factory, and then placed on the foundation poured on site. Build the auxiliary corner pillars and the main structural wall on the installed foundation, then construct the insulated ceiling using structural insulation panels on top of the structural wall, and install the ceiling using auxiliary beams and girders. The above objective is achieved by enclosing the four sides and covering the roof with a roofing sheet if necessary.

In the thickness direction of the heat insulating panels 2 and 3, the structural material 8 is located at the center, on the inner panel 4 side, and on the outer panel 5 side.
Although it may be placed on either side, in order to maintain the insulation performance of the insulation panels 2 and 3 and to prevent an increase in the amount of heat stored, it is preferable to place it at least in the center or on the outer panel 5 side. In this case, it is particularly preferable to arrange it in contact with the outer panel 5 in order to support loads such as snow loads.

In addition, the insulating wall panel 2 that also serves as a pillar is a general term that also includes the corner insulating wall panel 15 that also serves as a corner post.
The corner insulating wall panel 15 which also serves as a corner pillar has the same basic structure as the insulating wall panel 2 which also serves as a pillar, and is simply the inner panel 4 and the outer panel 5 bent at right angles.

In this case, depending on the length of the ceiling span, conventional methods (1983-

In addition, if necessary, auxiliary columns 22 may be installed inside the bottomless box-shaped insulation panel structure 18.
If it is erected, it is possible to construct a heat insulating panel structure 18 that can accommodate a considerable span.

In the case of a freezer, it is preferable to arrange the ceiling reinforcing beam 21 as far outside the structural ceiling body 17 as possible in order to prevent frost buildup. Furthermore, when using the heat insulating structure of the present invention in a residence or an office, it is better to locate the ceiling reinforcing beam 21 inside as much as possible to improve the appearance, make it easier to waterproof the roof, and make it suitable for internal partitions. can also be used.

In this case, the heat insulating panels 2 and 3 of the present invention are waterproof, and the joints between the heat insulating panels 2 and 3 are also waterproof, so the roof sealing member is not necessarily required for the heat insulating structure 1 of the present invention. However, it is never a good idea to install a roof sheet material in consideration of long-term waterproof safety.

In the heat insulating structure 1 of the present invention, in order to maintain its heat insulation properties and provide sufficient structural strength to the heat insulating wall panel 2 that also serves as a column, the thickness of the heat insulating wall panel 2 that also serves as a column and the heat insulating wall panel 13 is set at least.
