Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、睡眠時間に応じてアラーム音を異ならせるア
ラーム時計に関するものである。
［従来の技術］ 従来のアラーム時、計ではアラーム音が固定されている
ものが多いが、音量調整付きのものもある。
［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ アラーム音量が固定されていると、例えば睡眠時間が十
分であれば、音量は小さくてよいが、睡眠時間が不足し
ている場合には、同じ音量では起きられないことがある
。
従来の音量調整付きめものでは、寝る前に自分で調整し
なければならなかった＝ 本発明は、睡眠時間に応じてアラーム音を異らせるよう
にしたものである。
［問題点を解決するための手段］ 本発明は、睡眠時間を計時する計時回路の内容に応じて
アラーム音を異ならせるようにしたものである。
［実施例コ 図面において、１は発振器、２は分周器、３はモータ４
の駆動回路、モータ４は時刻表示用指針（図示せず。）
の歩進用のものである。５は睡眠時間の計時回路、６は
音量制御回路で、睡眠時間に応じてアラーム音の音量を
制御するものである。
７はアラーム装置、８はフリツプフロツプ回路、９．１
０はワンショット回路、１１はゲート回路、１２はアラ
ームのセットスイッチ、１３はアラームスイッチである
。
つぎに動作について説明する。夜、寝る前にセットスイ
ッチ１２を閉じてアラームをセットすると、ワンショッ
ト回路９からのパルスによってフリップフロップ回路８
がセットされ、計時回路５のリセットが解除されて睡眠
時間の計時を開始する。
そしてアラーム時刻になって、アラームスイッチ１３が
閉じるとゲート回路１１の出力によってアラーム装置７
が動作し、アラーム音が発生する。
その音量は、このときの計時回路５の内容、すなわち睡
眠時間に応じたものとなっている。つまり、睡眠時間が
短い場合には音量を大きくし、長い場合には音量を小ざ
くするものである。これによって、睡眠時間に応じた音
量で、確実にかつ心地よく目覚めることができる。
なお、セットスイッチ１２を開いて鳴止めを行なうと、
フリップフロップ回路８がリセットされ、計時回路５が
リセット状態に保持される。
ところで、上記の例では、アラームのセットからアラー
ム時刻までを睡眠時間としたが、例えば消灯からアラー
ム時刻までを睡眠時間として計時するようにしてもよい
。この場合には、フォトセンザを用い、消灯による明る
さの急激な変化を検出して計時を開始するものである。
またアラーム音は、音量を変えるのに限らず、音質を変
えるようにしてもよい。例えば、睡眠時間が長い場合に
は、刺激の少ない音とし、睡眠時間の短い場合には、耳
障りな音にして目覚め易くするのである。
ざらに、アラーム音は漸次音量が大きくなるものとし、
睡眠時間の長さに応じて、鳴始めの音量を異ならせるよ
うにしてもよい。
［効果］ 本発明によれば、睡眠時間の長さに応じてアラーム音を
制御するようにしたので、睡眠時間が長くて眠りが浅い
ときにはされやかに目覚めさせ、睡眠時間が短くて眠り
が深いときにも確実に自覚めさせることができる。しか
も寝る際に、アラーム音の音量、音質等を自分で調整す
る必要がない。

  1. 設定時刻にアラーム音を発生するアラーム装置と、睡眠
    時間を計時する計時回路と、この計時回路の内容に応じ
    てアラーム音を制御する制御回路とからなるアラーム時
    計。
