Claims (1)
- 加工電極を備えた加工ヘツドを支承したベース
に被加工材を支持するワークテーブルを装着して
設け、このワークテーブルを囲繞した加工槽を前
記ベースに装着して設け、前記ワークテーブルあ
るいは加工槽の少なくとも一方を上下位置調節自
在な構造とした放電加工装置において、前記加工
槽の側面の少なくとも一部を二重構造とし、この
二重構造の外周側を加工液通路としたことを特徴
とする放電加工装置。
