来の装置を示す構成図である。 図において、１はワイヤ電極、２は加工テーブ
ル、３は被加工物、４は上部ガイドノズル、５は
下部ガイドノズル、１１は加工液、１２は加工孔
、１３はボールネジである。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一部分を示す。

来の装置を示す構成図である。 図において、１はワイヤ電極、２は加工テーブ
ル、３は被加工物、４は上部ガイドノズル、５は
下部ガイドノズル、１１は加工液、１２は加工孔

Claims (1)
- 加工テーブルに載置された被加工物を介して対
向配置され、連続的に供給されるワイヤ電極を摺
動自在に支持するとともに、被加工物とワイヤ電
極との加工間隙に加工液を供給する上部および下
部ガイドノズルを備えたワイヤ放電加工装置にお
いて、上記下部ガイドノズルを被加工物に対して
接近・離間する方向に自在に移動する手段を設け
たことを特徴とするワイヤ放電加工装置。
