Claims (1)
- 加工電極を備えた加工ヘツドを支承したベース
に被加工材を支持するワークテーブルを装着して
設け、該ワークテーブルを囲繞したメイン加工槽
を設け、該メイン加工槽と加工液を貯留する下部
タンクとの間にサブ槽を設け、このサブ槽と下部
タンクとを逆Ｕ字管を介して連絡してなることを
特徴とする放電加工装置。
