Claims (1)
- テーブルの上に電磁チヤツクを配置して該電磁
チヤツクにワークを吸着固定し、研削砥石による
研削加工時に研削液を研削液ノズルによつて供給
する研削装置であつて、前記電磁チヤツクの上に
前記ワークの周りを囲む枠体を設け、該枠体を前
記研削液ノズルからの研削液を溜める堰としたこ
とを特徴とする研削装置。
