ヒユーズエレメント４にて接続すると共にこれら
ヒユーズエレメント４と端子２，３の一部とを透
明の合成樹脂からなる絶縁ケース８により被覆成
形してこれらを同ケース内に密閉収納するように
したものにおいて、上記ヒユーズエレメントの溶
断部イの位置する外周面８ａ′を除く絶縁ケース
８の外周面８ａを成形により粗面化して不透明に
