なるヒユーズエレメントの両端に電線接続端子を
接続し、絶縁性樹脂にて前記接続端子の一部を除
いて前記ヒユーズエレメントを覆つた電線ヒユー

ーズエレメントの外周を覆う絶縁外筒端部外周を
覆う保護カバーを前記絶縁外筒に対し超音波接着
すると共に、前記ヒユーズメレメントの大電流溶
断部にへの字状あるいは螺旋状の弛緩部を形成し
