しくは全部が埋設する中間部と、リード線が接続
する接続部とからなり、中間部を略円筒状に形成
したことを特徴とするフオーカスパツク用端子。 (2) 請求項第1項のフオーカスパツク用端子に
おいて、中間部を略円筒状に代えて略円柱状に形
成したことを特徴とするフオーカスパツク用端子
