子と、該素子に形成した一対の電極と、該電極の
一方の一端を接続し前記バリスタ素子と接触した
状態で配置した温度ヒユーズと、該温度ヒユーズ
の他端および前記一対の電極それぞれから導出し
た引出端子と、前記バリスタ素子および温度ヒユ
ーズを被覆した外装樹脂とを具備したことを特徴
