夫々にリード部材の一端を電気的・機械的に接続
したバリスタ本体を、該リード部材の他端を残し
て絶縁性外装体で被覆し、該絶縁性外装体を被覆
したバリスタ本体の両端部に夫々該リード部材の
他端に電気的・機械的に接続される電極キヤツプ
