  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板、絶縁板、外部導出端子および放熱板に固定された
    半導ベレットが順次積層された構造の複合半導体装置に
    おいて、 前記外部導出端子の前記絶縁板との接触箇所に前記放熱
    板の大きさに見合う大きさの透孔を設け、この透孔に前
    記放熱板に固定された半導体ぺレットを挿入し、前記放
    熱板と前記絶縁板とが直接接触するように固定したこと
    を特徴とする複合半導体装置。
