小径ワークロール5をバックアップロール7により支持
せしめ、かつ水平曲げ防止機構8.8によって上側の小
径ワークロール4の水平方向の撓みを防止しつつ水平曲
げ調整機構9により下側の小径ワークロール5の胴部を
圧延材入側10に向は押し引きして撓み量を調整し、圧
