第１図乃至第３図は本考案の実施例装置に関す
るものを示し、第１図は本考案の一実施例装置の
ブロツク図、第２図はコントロール回路の細部を
示す回路図、第３図Ａは位相検出回路への入力波
形図、同図Ｂはその出力波形図、第４図は従来装
置のブロツク図である。 １は正弦波発生器、２は検出用セル、３は加算
器、４は反転アンプ、６は高利得アンプ、７は同
期検波回路、８はローパスフイルタ、９はアツテ
ネータ、１０は位相検出回路、１１はコントロー
ル回路、１２は比較器、１３と１４はアンドゲー
ト、１５はＮビツトバイナリカウンタを示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 正弦波信号が入力される検出用セルと、該
    検出用セルの出力信号と該正弦波信号を反転し、
    アツテネータにより減衰されたバツクグラウンド
    除去信号とを加算する加算器と、該加算器の出力
    信号を検波し、ろ波する回路とを備えるものにお
    いて、 前記正弦波信号を入力され、所定位相のパルス
    を発生する位相検出回路と、 前記位相検出回路と加算器とからの出力信号を
    入力され、検出用セルから発生されるバツクグラ
    ウンド信号を除去するようにアツテネータを制御
    するコントロール回路と を備える電導度検出器用のバツクグラウンド信号
    除去装置。 (2) 前記コントロール回路は加算回路からの出
    力信号と基準電圧とが入力される比較器と、該比
    較器からの偏差信号とクロツク信号とが入力され
    る第１のアンドゲートと、該第１のアンドゲート
    からの出力信号と、位相検出回路からの出力信号
    と、バツクグラウンド除去指令信号とが入力され
    る第２のアンドゲートと、該第２のアンドゲート
    からの出力信号が入力され、アツテネータを制御
    するＮビツトバイナリカウンタとを備えることを
    特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載
    の電導度検出器用のバツクグラウンド信号除去装
    置。
