Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明はガス温風暖房機の風路構成に関するものである
。
従来例の構成とその問題点 従来のガス温風暖房機は燃焼に必要な一次空気を制御す
るノズル固定部とファンモータの吸入力によって燃焼し
た排気熱と空気を混合させて送出する熱交部が同室内で
構成されていた為ファン回転数の違いによる圧力差が異
なる為、燃焼に必要な一次空気の吸入力が変化し安定し
た燃焼が得られない問題があった。
発明の目的 本発明は上記従来の欠点を解消するもので、−次空気を
吸入するノズル取付部と熱交部を分断封止するパツキン
を設け、安定した燃焼を得ることを目的とする。
発明の構成 上記目的を達成する為に本発明はガス温風暖房機におい
て燃焼に必要な一次空気を吸入するノズル取付部と、フ
ァンモータの吸入力によって燃焼した排気熱と空気を混
合させる熱文部、温風を送出する吹出し部とを分断封止
するパツキンを設は名ことにより、−次空気吸入部がフ
ァンモータの影響を受けることがない構成である為、安
定した燃焼が得られ問題点を解消させることができる。
゛実施例の説明 以下本発明の一実施例について図面に基づき説明する。
バーナ１の燃焼に必要な一次空気を制御するノズル取付
部２と、ファン３、モータ４の吸入力に−よって燃焼し
た排気熱５とフィルタ一部６から吸込んだ空気７とを混
合させる熱交部８．％温風９を送出する吹出し部１０と
の間を分断封止するパツキン１１を熱交部に固定し前面
１２の取付けによってファン３、モータ４の吸入力の圧
力をノズル取付部２に影響しないように把持して設けて
いる。
発明の効果 以上のように本発明によれば次の効果を得るものである
。
（１）　　ファンモータの圧力影響を受けない為燃焼に
必要な一次空気が安定、して得られ良好な燃焼性能が維
持できる。
（２）電圧変動やファンモータのバラツキに関係なく安
定した一次空気量が得られる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 送風機構の圧力によって一次空気を吸入するノズル固定
    部と全一次燃焼式バーナを嵌入した熱交換部および温風
    吹出し風路との間を封止することにより前記バーナの一
    次空気比率を安定させる構成を特徴としたガス温風暖房
    機。
