Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 自動車の窓ガラス等に用いられる導電性透明部
    材であつて、 略矩形の透明基板と、この透明基板の自動車へ
    の装着時における上方と下方の各辺に沿つて設け
    られた一対の電極と、この電極と接続された透明
    基板のほぼ全表面にわたつて設けられた透明導電
    性薄膜とからなり、この透明導電性薄膜は、透明
    基板の上方から下方に向けて左右方向に略平行な
    ３つの領域からなり、この領域のうち上側部と下
    側部の比抵抗は低く、中間部の比抵抗は高く形成
    され、更にこの中間部は迅速に解曇もしくは解凍
    したい部分に設けられていることを特徴としてい
    る自動車用導電性透明部材。
