性薄膜とからなり、この透明導電性薄膜は、透明
基板の上方から下方に向けて左右方向に略平行な
3つの領域からなり、この領域のうち上側部と下
側部の比抵抗は低く、中間部の比抵抗は高く形成
され、更にこの中間部は迅速に解曇もしくは解凍
したい部分に設けられていることを特徴としてい
