て四隅に斜辺部を有する形状の防湿フイルムにて
上記ELセルが上下から熱圧着等により密封され
ており、該防湿フイルムの斜辺部のほぼ中央でE
Lセルの四辺の延長線上に切欠き部が形成され且
つELセルの四辺に沿つて防湿フイルムの周縁部
が背面側に折曲されていることを特徴とする、E
L素子。 (2) 前記防湿フイルムの周縁部が背面側に90
度以上の角度で折曲されていることを特徴とする
