とも2以上の一対の電極と、この電極と接続され
透明基板のほぼ全表面にわたつて設けられた透明
導電性薄膜とを有し、前記電極の各々は制御回路
を介して電源と接続されており、また前記一対の
電極の各々に挟まれる部分の各々の結露状態を検
知する結露センサが結露状態を検知できる適宜位
置に取り付けられており、この結露センサは判定
回路を介して前記制御回路に接続されていること
