れている辺と略直交する方向に、電極を仕切るよ
うに少なくとも一つのスリツト状絶縁部が対向す
る辺まであるいはその途中まで突出して形成され
、迅速に解曇もしくは解凍したい部分を挟持して
いる電極は、その他の電極より高電圧源に接続さ
れていることを特徴とする自動車用導電性透明部
