Claims (1)
- 第一、第二の端子間にリード線を介して直列に
接続した複数の太陽電池セルと、前記太陽電池セ
ルと実質的に同一形状、同一性能を持ち前記第一
、第二の端子間に接続したバイパスダイオードと
、前記太陽電池セルと実質的に同一形状、同一性
能を持ち前記第一の端子と第三の端子間に接続し
た逆流防止用ダイオードと、支持基板を兼ね前記
第二、第三の端子間に接続したコンデンサとを有
する単位構成を１組としてその複数組を直列に接
続して一つのサブストレート構造として構成した
ことを特徴とする太陽電池パネル。
