定を示す模式図である。 図において、１は被測定絶縁物、２はダイアル
ゲージ、３は電極、４は容量計、５は測定端子、
５１は信号電極、５２はアース側電極、６は送風
機構、６１は送風機、６２は送風パイプ、７１，
７２はエアーマイクロメータをそれぞれ示してい
る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定の間隔を持つてシート状絶縁物を挟んで対
    向する１対の同軸状電極と、前記絶縁物に前記各
    同軸状の電極間から空気を放射して前記絶縁物を
    浮上静止せしめる空気放射機構と、前記放射空気
    の背圧より前記各電極と前記絶縁物の表面間の距
    離を計測する距離計測手段と、前記対向する両電
    極間の静電容量を計測する静電容量計測手段を備
    えてなることを特徴とするシート状絶縁物の誘電
    特性測定装置。
